All apartments are professionally cleaned and any repairs are completed by a maintenance professional. 

Yes, we have on-site maintenance. 

You may submit a work request through the rent portal or call/email directly to the office.

Maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hours of submitting them. Emergency work requests are addressed immediately.

No, you may give the maintenance person permission to enter if you are not home.

If you are locked out during office hours, you may contact the office for access. In the event it is afterhours, you will contact your local locksmith.

Decorations are permitted as long as it does not damage any part of the apartment. Certain alterations may require the owner's approval. 


Two gas BBQ grills, Controlled Access, Additional Storage, Onsite Maintenance/Management, Bike Racks, Rooftop Terrace, Elevators, and trash chutes are some of the amenities we offer. Please visit the Amenities page to learn more.

Yes, parking spaces are $175/month for regular spaces and $190 for EV Charging spaces.

Each apartment has their own in-unit laundry.

Pet deposit is $300 per pet and pet rent is $40/month per pet.

No weight or breed restrictions.

No, we do not have a pet park.

Refrigerator, stove, fridge, microwave, garbage disposal, and a dishwasher are all offered with each apartment.

Yes, packages are held in a locked package room and can be held in leasing office per resident request.


Appointments are preferred but walk-ins are accepted

We have onsite management Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.

We process applications within 72 hrs of receiving them.

Standard deposit is $800 - $400 and is paid during the application process as a holding deposit and applied at move in. 

 Always review the rental criteria before applying. 

YOu can pay rent via the online rental portal, personal check, money order, or cashier's check. 

You can setup your online portal account via the property website to access online payments.

Yes - Personal liability needs to be at least $300,000 and property listed as an additional interest. 

For electric, please call Seattle City Light to setup services in your name. Water, sewer, trash, etc. will be billed via 3rd party (Conservice) and 
these are setup internally for you upon move-in.

Yes, we have a resident referral program: $1000 credit 

Guests who stay for more than 7 consecutive days in any one month period will need to be added to the lease and all guests
are to uphold the community policies while visiting. 

We don’t accept rent payments more than 2 months at a time. Rent increases are not based on length of term

The lease break fee is equal to 2 month's rent.
