The Counterbalance welcomes your four-legged family members with open arms. We've created a truly pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions and convenient access to nearby parks and walking trails.

Pet Guidelines:

  • $300 refundable pet deposit per pet
  • Current vaccinations and City of Seattle registration required
  • Cats and dogs welcome (maximum 2 pets per residence)
  • $50 monthly pet rent per pet
  • Some breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow
